The objects I created using each technique are as follows:
The pink pyramid was created using extrusion
The red object was created using lathing
The purple object was created using a subtraction boolean

I think one of the most challenging aspects of this assignment was arranging the objects. Getting oriented in a 3D environment is still somewhat difficult. I had to make multiple attempts at creating an object using lathing. I learned that this is easiest when making a line that has movement only on one axis or plane.
